It’s been an interesting year, and I look for more brilliance from 2014!
This season in life finds me without a job. You’ll hear a lot about that throughout the month. It doesn’t necessarily mean I have MORE time on my hands. I am in job limbo. I’ve been working, but not getting paid. It’s complicated. I’ll stop there.
Still, I’ve been thinking a lot too. My sister has been instrumental in keeping fire under my butt about the blog. I love that way she has. So when I found a small slice of time, I just banged out several posts and set them to come out on different days in the month. Look for my sister’s blogs this week as well.
While the basics of the blog will be the same, I’ve decided to add something new to the Forty Fabulous and Froed section. I have decided to be, dare I say, more random. So, you may find that I post about nail polish one day and juicing the next. I even structured a short little post about my experience with doing a praise dance for Valentine’s Day with my husband.
Along the way, I want to continue to track my job search and the challenges that come with trying to begin a career again at 42 years young. I guess what I’m going for is more transparency. I want to share my “girly girl” side with you too, share new products I find or websites I visit. I want to talk about my newest adventure, “extreme couponing,” and I want to keep it all in the confines of what it means to be a Who’s That Lady. Who’s that Lady clipping all those coupons? That would be me.
As I navigate this new journey and experience God in a new way, I want you to share in my “meanwhile” moments. Those are the kind of moments I can’t track. I won’t even know where I’m coming from sometimes. Still, I hope you hang in there with me during this transformation process. It’s going to be a wild ride with the blogging Lady and her Lord.
