About Who's That Lady
On a warm Autumn day in September sassy and sophisticated, sage and stunning, even scholarly and sexy women clad in sundry shades of purple began to ask themselves and their friends this very important question: Who's That Lady?. After God coached me through a speech of the same title (one that seemed like the longest speech in the world) the women of New Salem MBC in Memphis, TN decided to be the entity behind the question, the glory that walks into the room drawing all hearts, minds, eyes, and inquiries to the spirit of God that lives within us.
Because Who's That Lady received such an overwhelming response, I decided to maintain a blog that would allow women to read and share Godly exhortations that encourage Who's That Lady-ness. This website serves to introduce nuggets of wisdom and powerful meditations toward becoming a woman of excellence. Let's develop a community that ushers women toward transforming into women of purpose, influence, and grace.
Who's That Lady has become a mantra for women who have made a personal decision to live their lives with and on purpose. It is a chant for those women who have chosen to step outside the thick fog that kept them from living to their full potential. It is the meditation that causes women to ponder whether or not they are being their personal best at any given moment. It is a movement in becoming conscious of the strength of our essence and the beauty of our souls.
On September 28, women of New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, in Memphis TN recognized their position as the jewel in the crown of God's creation, the pinnacle of creative fashion, and the influential and marvelous beings we were designed to be. It all started with a speech I gave on Women's Emphasis Day. Still Women cannot get enough of Who's That Lady.
