About DiAnne Malone
Born in Shreveport, LA, raised in Bastrop, LA, I am a recent transplant to Memphis, TN--home of the Blues and Barbecue! All along the way, I've been unbelievably blessed and highly favored of God. I believe that being a woman is a good thing, really. As the crown of creation, women should walk into their woman-ness with unmistakable ownership.
I had no idea how multifaceted this speech was. But, God is a rich God, his messages for His people flow deep and wide, and way past my finite understanding. Who's That Lady took off like a soaring eagle long before I ever knew it would have wings. It started out as a completely different speech I gave at a Women's Luncheon. The speech was called "From Safe Spaces to Purposed Places." Selfishly, I thought God was chastising me about my own comfort zones, and He was. But, He took the speech to a whole 'notha level when I uttered just a few words about the Who's That Lady Quality. Here are the words verbatim
"I believe that this is not just a Women's Ministry. many of you women can do what you do with your eyes closed, no problem. I would argue that this ministry is a Who's That Lady ministry. Who's that lady working God's plan? Who's that lady glowing with the glory of the Lord? Ladies, don't you know that this is a ministry that can move mountains? But you can't be a Who's That Lady if you play it safe, if you are afraid, if you don't trust God to move you from a safe space to a purposed place."
The rest, my sisters, is ministry--a ministry I am attempting to start with bones as bare and dry as those Ezekiel preached to.

God continues to give me endless opportunity to do all kinds of wonderful things, a few of which I'll list, so that you won't think me some ranting crazy internet-lady.
